Congresbury Residents Action Group needs YOU!

crag-needs-youCongresbury’s dynamic action group – CRAG – is looking for volunteers to continue the fight against unwanted development in the village.

At this month’s meeting, secretary Viv Tomkinson suggested putting out a request for new recruits to join CRAG’s organising group.

As one key member had recently left the village, the group needed someone to handle social media communications. “We need new people to carry on the work, which some of us have been doing for more than two years,” said Viv.

With several issues in the pipeline, and preliminary work having begun on the 14 house development off Venus Street, there was a lull in group activity.

“Now would be a good time to recruit a few key people so that they can be brought up to speed before the next campaign,” said chair Mary Short.
